Dr. Mohamed Omar Abdelgawad

After graduating, he worked as a postdoctoral fellow with the Department of Surgery and the Advanced Micro and Nanosystems Laboratory at the same university. He joined Assiut University in September, 2010 as an Assistant professor of Mechanical Engineering. In August 2018, he joined the American University of Sharjah in the United Arab Emirates.Dr. Abdelgawad experience covers different areas of microfluidics including digital microfluidics, dielectrophoresis, and single cell manipulation.
